Being from a family involved in property acquisitions and development, real estate has always been in Ailee’s blood. Her property journey began after purchasing her first home in the Brisbane suburb of Camp Hill at the age of 23, and with a growing passion for real estate and property investment, she bought another home just 12 months later to expand her portfolio. She and her husband have just completed their own subdivision at Indooroopilly in a character zone.
Ailee began her career in the property industry back in 1997 as an Assistant Valuer. She completed a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate and Development, and in 2003 became a Certified Practising Valuer and was admitted as an Associate to the Australian Property Institute.

Ailee joins Providence Property with 15 years experience operating solely in the greater Brisbane area as a residential valuer, undertaking predominantly high turnover mortgage security work for most of the prominent lending institutions. She brings a solid foundation in valuation principles, as well as exceptional research and analytical skills.
When not at work and assisting you on your property journey, you will still find Ailee looking at real estate or TV shows about real estate! She is married with teenage children, so apart from attending open homes, weekends are spent watching sport, on projects around the house and enjoying a nice meal together.
Ailee is a lover of fashion, cheese and trivia (in no particular order!) You will also find her at as many music concerts as possible, working her way through her bucket list of artists to see performing live.
