Simon Harris

Managing Director
Simon began his property journey over two decades ago with the purchase and renovation of a house in North Melbourne. Since then, he has built a significant personal portfolio across Australia’s key markets, drawing on detailed research, industry relationships, and firsthand observations from frequent travel.

With a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Monash University, Simon’s analytical and meticulous approach has made him the driving force behind Providence’s research and property sourcing strategy. Before founding Providence, he spent 16 years in senior leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected multinational companies, honing his strategic expertise.

When he’s not in the office, Simon stays active with yoga, swimming, gym sessions, and beach outings. Weekends often find him inspecting real estate across the country, spending time with family and his labradoodles, Herbie and Mavis, or diving into books on real estate, financial markets, politics, and history. His passion for property, combined with sharp analytical skills, keeps him at the forefront of the industry.

Lynton Stevenson

Director
As a certified member of the Property Investment Association of Australia, Lynton Stevenson brings renowned expertise and passion to Providence’s highly curated services. With over 13 years of experience in senior roles within multinational corporations, Lynton transitioned to property, becoming a trusted adviser and commentator on residential property investment and homeownership.

Lynton’s ability to apply the insights and research he advises on is evident in his own successful property portfolio, making him a prime example of achieving success through the right guidance. His depth of knowledge and experience have earned him a reputation as a go-to authority for those looking to secure their dream home or build their investment future.

Outside of work, Lynton enjoys home renovation projects and maintains an active lifestyle with swimming, gym sessions, and time with his family. He is a proud husband and father of two young daughters showing an early interest in architecture.

Jay Pace

Director
Jay began his investment career in 2005 as a licensed derivatives broker, trading futures on the Australian Securities Exchange and managing millions in client funds across domestic and international markets.

Over the course of a decade, he developed expertise in shares and derivatives, specialising in exchange-traded options. His passion for investments eventually led him to property options, where his market analysis skills helped him build an impressive personal portfolio. Since joining Providence in 2014, Jay has been dedicated to helping Australians achieve their wealth generation goals through strategic property investments.

Outside of work, Jay is a thrill-seeker with a lifelong love for fast cars and bikes, inspired by his father and classic muscle cars like the Ford XY GTHO and Holden SLR 5000 Torana. His passion for speed has taken him on driving adventures across the globe. At home, Jay is a devoted father to two young daughters who keep him on his toes with Disney singalongs and tea parties. When he’s not busy with family life, he enjoys practising martial arts and waterskiing.
