As a first time investor and not knowing where to start, working with my mortgage broker, I engaged Providence to find a suitable investment property.
My main criteria was to invest in a property that was cash flow positive (I have a family and two children with mortgage commitments on our family home), with steady capital growth return.

All work was carried out by a licensed builder who did a great job.
During the whole process Providence communicated with me regularly, openly and honestly with regular updates and photos of the flat construction. In the final stages Providence helped secured a good tenant and both the house and granny flat are rented providing me with cash flow positive income and solid capital growth prospects for the future.
